Kenneth Prince is the senior member of the firm’s global Antitrust Group. From 1992 through 2011, he was the leader of the firm’s global antitrust practice. Since joining the firm in 1975, Mr. Prince has counseled clients in a wide range of industries on the antitrust implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dominant firm conduct, intellectual property licensing, and distribution and pricing arrangements. He maintains an active criminal antitrust defense practice. He regularly appears on behalf of clients before the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Prince’s practice involves multinational clients with respect to competition matters both in the United States and abroad.
