Kent Yalowitz has conducted jury and bench trials, emergency injunctive hearings, domestic and international arbitrations, and argued and briefed appeals for a wide variety of domestic and international corporate and sovereign clients in matters involving: contractual and business disputes, civil and criminal tax controversies, labor and employment disputes, creditors' rights, government contracts, securities fraud, hostile takeover litigation, product liability, internal and governmental investigations, antitrust, corporate governance.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Yalowitz served as a law clerk for Judge Edmund L. Palmieri of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
