Kerry L. Konrad is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Kerry’s practice is focused on intellectual property law and related legal issues pertinent to technology-based companies. He founded the Firm’s transactional practice relating to intellectual property, which includes licensing incidental to extraordinary transactions, joint venture formation and governance, technology transfers and stand-alone licensing. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including computer software, integrated circuit design and fabrication, network devices, financial information services, and consumer products and packaging.
Kerry has led the Firm’s efforts, on a pro bono basis, to protect and enforce the U.S. trademarks for MSF USA, better known as Doctors Without Borders, including numerous successful court cases and PTO proceedings.
