Kevin Byrd has extensive experience in a broad range of areas, including antitrust, bankruptcy, securities fraud, product liability, and class action litigation. In recent years his practice has concentrated on antitrust disputes and other complex litigation. Kevin has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Department of Labor and has represented clients before the courts of appeals for other federal circuits and in the trial courts in many federal districts and states.
Kevin is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He is a member of the ABA Litigation and Antitrust Sections.
