Kevin Brantley represents institutional clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on complex business litigation including matters involving unfair competition, business torts, and patent infringement. In addition, he represents corporations in complex criminal and civil governmental investigations, and he has experience responding to subpoenas and interviewing witnesses.

Kevin is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
