Kevin Meacham focuses his practice on matters involving commercial disputes, energy, product liability, and insurance issues.

Recently, Kevin successfully represented a seller of more than $400 million in oil and gas leases in the Marcellus Shale in a post-closing dispute that involved breach of contract claims in Pennsylvania and Texas, quiet title claims, and claims in front of the Board of Claims in Pennsylvania. Kevin also successfully represented a large owner of Marcellus Shale acreage in West Virginia in a dispute involving various breach of contract and business tort claims in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has advised various clients on title issues, as well as other emerging issues in the oil and gas arena.

Kevin is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and participates in various fundraising events and campaigns for local non-profit organizations.
