Kevin represents clients in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. His primary concentration is intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and trade dress litigation. Kevin represents clients in a wide range of industries, including energy, technology, pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device. Kevin has represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations throughout the United States, and he advises clients on a variety of issues relating to intellectual property licensing and contract disputes.

In addition to his intellectual property litigation practice, Kevin handles business litigation and disputes involving a range of issues, including energy-related disputes, fraud claims, contract matters, shareholder and securities suits, and government investigations.
