Kevin G. Hunter

Kevin Hunter is an experienced corporate lawyer who provides counsel on all aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, commercial lending, business entity formations, licensing, and other contractual matters. Many of his matters involve real property transactions, including the sale and lease of corporate real estate assets. He is a partner in Steptoe’s Corporate, Securities, and Finance Group and serves as Deputy Managing Partner of the firm’s Phoenix office. Mr. Hunter has represented numerous international, national, and local companies in industries such as retail and hospitality, education, financial services, medical devices, renewable energy, and others in connection with their business dealings in Arizona and the greater Southwest. His experience in business and corporate law has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers.
