Kevin Burch is Of Counsel in the Indianapolis office of Ogletree Deakins. He primarily focuses his practice on employee benefits. He has extensive experience advising in all three major areas of employee benefits— executive compensation, health and welfare and retirement plans. He routinely advises on employee benefit requirements under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and PPACA and counsel’s clients on related IRS and DOL audit and correction issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced at Dinsmore & Shohl in Cincinnati and Bryan Cave in Denver. Additionally, during law school, he worked as a part-time staffer with the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, where he advised legislative analysts on complex tax issues.
