Kevin Comeau has represented corporate and individual clients in civil, criminal, and regulatory disputes and regularly works on matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the federal False Claims Act, and the antitrust statutes.
Kevin has significant experience in conducting internal investigations, including witness interviews, fact development, and internal and external reporting. He also has experience performing anticorruption due diligence in a variety of contexts and advising clients regarding the implementation of antibribery and anticorruption compliance programs.
Kevin's pro bono practice includes counseling asylum seekers with immigration matters.
