Kevin O’Connell’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling. He also teaches antitrust law at the USC Law School. He is an authority in the organization, management and trial of large, complex cases. Unlike most litigation attorneys in large firms, Mr. O’Connell has extensive experience in actually trying cases - over 100 actual trials. These trials range from those lasting a few days to trials that lasted months and include both jury and non-jury cases.

Mr. O’Connell represents individuals, businesses and corporations. He also counsels clients on structuring business arrangements and marketing to avoid antitrust problems. He is former Assistant U.S. Attorney (Criminal Division), Central District of California.
