Kevin Jacobs’ trial practice focuses on commercial disputes and arbitrations, as well as internal and governmental investigations, for clients in the chemicals and energy industries. In his practice, Mr. Jacobs has handled disputes as diverse as antitrust/competition, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, defamation, energy, premises liability and products liability with a focus on solving his clients’ legal and business problems and achieving the big picture result. He has tried fifteen lawsuits/arbitrations to decision, including ten jury trials.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Jacobs served as a law clerk to the Honorable Will Garwood of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
