Kevin Lam is a counsel in Goodwin Procter’s Technology Transactions Practice and a member of the firm’s Technology Companies, Life Sciences and Clean Tech Groups. Mr. Lam advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property, technology and commercial matters, including: the acquisition, management, licensing and commercialization of intellectual property; partnering transactions (such as joint research and development collaborations, strategic alliances, JVs and reseller and OEM arrangements); commercial and research and development relationships (such as supply, distribution, manufacturing, clinical trial, services and consulting arrangements); and intellectual property support for mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity transactions.
