Kevin Teruya is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He specializes in complex business litigation, focusing on antitrust, unfair competition, and intellectual property matters. He has litigated numerous cases in state and federal courts in California and other states across the country. He has been named as a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyer. He is an advisor to and a former officer of the executive committee of the antitrust section of the State Bar of California, an officer of the executive committee of the antitrust section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and a member of the editorial board of the California State Bar antitrust treatise.
