Kieran Fox is a member of the Product Liability and Personal Injury Group. Mr. Fox has experience with complex civil litigation, assisting in the defense of companies against product liability claims. He has extensive experience in managing discovery, including electronic discovery in complex civil litigation.

Mr. Fox has experience in bankruptcy, commercial litigation and compliance matters. He has experience trying cases, arguing motions before judges, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses. Mr. Fox also has experience in healthcare and financial regulatory matters, assisting clients in their compliance efforts with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Significant Matters
Recently, Mr. Fox assisted a large regional healthcare company and its affiliated hospitals become compliant with the HIPAA regulations. He also assisted a commercial bank’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts by reviewing, amending and drafting policies and procedures, and conducting an educational seminar for the Board of Directors. Mr. Fox has worked with Venable teams on investigating practices of a major financial institution as a result of derivative suits, and assisted in the defense of product liability claims against clients in the tobacco and asbestos industries.
