Using her previous in-house experience, Kimberlee serves as a strategic counselor to banks, commercial finance companies and businesses in an array of commercial finance and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and asset purchases. She provides guidance on corporate organization and governance matters as well as business planning and tax issues. She also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as vendor and contractor agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements and leasing agreements.
