Kimberly Pustulka has a broad corporate background and practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and corporate governance. She has represented a number of issuers and underwriters on a wide variety of public and private corporate financing transactions, including high yield and investment-grade debt offerings, equity offerings, tender offers, exchange offers, debt restructurings, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisition transactions.

Kimberly also regularly counsels public companies on corporate governance issues and compliance with reporting obligations under the U.S. federal securities laws and stock exchange rules.

Some of the companies that she has represented in recent years include ConAgra Foods, DDR Corp., Emcore, Erico, Harsco, Molycorp, NACCO Industries, Parker Hannifin, Park-Ohio, PolyOne, R.H. Donnelley, Sprint Corporation, Steris, and The J.M. Smucker Company. She also has represented investment firms and financial institutions such as Jefferies & Company, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and JPMorgan in corporate finance transactions.

Kimberly has been recognized as an "Ohio Rising Star" by Super Lawyers. She serves on the boards of the Lakewood YMCA and Lakewood Early Childhood PTA. She formerly served as a director of the University at Buffalo Alumni Association (UBAA) and is a co-founder of the Cleveland chapter of UBAA.
