Kristen Palumbo is an experienced litigator focused on antitrust, class action defense and other high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition and copyright matters. She has litigated cases, including to trial, in state and federal courts and before various arbitration tribunals. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigations, discovery, motion practice, settlement and trial, and she has worked extensively with experts. Kristen also advises clients in the criminal context in connection with governmental antitrust investigations.

Kristen also regularly advises clients on document retention matters, and she frequently creates, implements and manages clients’ electronic discovery plans and systems.

Kristen’s clients encompass a broad range of industries, including energy, transportation, biometric authorization and payment solutions, microprocessors, flash memory and data storage system technologies, and enterprise software and support services. She has also represented pro bono clients in a variety of matters, focused on prisoner’s rights.

Underscoring her achievements, Kristen was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2013 as a Northern California Super Lawyer. Kristen is the pro bono chair for Bingham’s San Francisco office, and she also serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee.
