Kristin Lee O Hanlon

​Kristin O’Hanlon’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in connection with employee benefits and compensation related matters.

Prior to law school, Kristin was a behavior therapist and a researcher in the field of psychology, focusing on autism, infantile hydrocephalus and the impact of genetics and the environment on development. She also served as Director of Administration for the Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention, where she negotiated funding and treatment contracts with several school districts on behalf of children with developmental disabilities.

While at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Kristin was the recipient of the Boalt Hall Moot Court Advocacy Award, the American Jurisprudence Award in Small Business Counseling and the Prosser Prize in Advising the Emerging Growth Company. In addition, Kristin served as Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law, engaged in eviction defense work at the East Bay Community Law Center and was a member of the Animal Law Society and the Creative Law Society.
