Kyle A. Brett is a transactional attorney practicing primarily in the areas of entertainment and corporate law. Prior to joining CDAS, Kyle was a corporate associate in the New York Office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he represented publicly traded and privately held companies including Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and investments banks in connection with various transactions.

Kyle graduated from Howard University School of Law, where he interned at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of the Legal Adviser, the Civil Rights Division in the Department of Justice, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. In college, Kyle interned at CBS and wrote various news articles for his home state’s newspaper, the New Haven Register.
