Mr. Howard is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group in the Richardson office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Mr. Howard worked for a major telecommunications company and managed a worldwide team directed to the design and management of an IP centric data network for large customers of the company.

Mr. Howard's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technical fields, including telecommunications, semiconductors, and medical devices. Mr. Howard's practice also includes the preparation and participation in various post grant procedures, including multiple reexaminations and multiple inter partes reviews (IPRs).
