Kyle Brunger focuses his practice in real estate and corporate transactional matters, including acquisitions, financing, development, commercial leasing, construction, land use, entitlements, local government operations, government relations, entity formation and partnership/membership agreements.

Mr. Brunger’s experience includes a wide array of transactions, from small local government contracts to multimillion dollar construction and development agreements. He has served as outside general counsel to closely held companies, including company formation, corporate governance, and preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts. He has worked with companies large and small to develop custom government relations strategies which maximize their access to government programs and afford a substantial voice in public policy matters. He has also represented clients on complex title disputes, right of way acquisitions and various infrastructure transactions.
