Kyle Leingang is an associate in Dorsey's Corporate practice group. He regularly works on a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private placements of equity or debt, venture capital financings and commercial lending. Kyle has particular experience with transactions involving beer, wine & spirits, the food and beverage industries, financial institutions, medical devices and services, Native American tribes, and private equity funds.
