Kyle Hirsch is a litigator focusing primarily on contract disputes involving creditors’ rights issues largely in the insolvency context out of the firm’s Phoenix office. Mr. Hirsch’s practice spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Arizona, as well as California and Nevada on a pro hac vice basis. Mr. Hirsch generally represents financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in connection with loans secured by real estate and operating business assets, and he also represents individuals and entities in business-related disputes. As a compliment to Mr. Hirsch’s work on behalf of the firm’s clients, he applies his Spanish language fluency to provide pro bono legal assistance to deserving members of the Phoenix community, garnering significant recognition including being named as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona for 2007 by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the Children’s Law Center Attorney of the Year for 2009 by the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project. Mr. Hirsch is a past chair and present member of the Phoenix office’s charitable group, Cavers Who Care; is an executive officer of the Maricopa County Bar Association; and is one of the few responsible for reviving the Bankruptcy Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
