L. Brent Garrett is a partner in the firm's Cerritos and Irvine offices. Brent focuses his practice on traditional labor law. He specializes in unfair labor practice charges, grievance arbitration, labor litigation, strikes and lockouts, trespass litigation, union elections, corporate campaigns, and collective bargaining. Additionally, Brent handles discrimination claims and wage-and-hour matters.

Brent has negotiated dozens of collective bargaining agreements for employers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation.

Brent previously served as General Counsel of a public company in Los Angeles.

Brent was recognized as a “Northern California Rising Star” in 2015, based on a poll of selected Northern California lawyers. This recognition honors exceptional Northern California attorneys who are under the age of 40.
