Lam K. Nguyen is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group and a member of Cooley's Litigation department. He joined the Firm in 2010 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.
Mr. Nguyen received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While at Washington University Law, he was a member of the Appellate Clinic, where, along with other students, he worked to successfully brief a case before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis. Also during law school, Mr. Nguyen completed an externship for the Honorable William D. Stiehl, District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Nguyen is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
