Lance Levine is Counsel in Kaye Scholer’s Real Estate Department in New York.

Lance has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance law, with an emphasis on the representation of lenders originating commercial real estate loans for the securitization market and of portfolio lenders in the origination, syndication, workout and restructuring of construction, acquisition and permanent mortgage and mezzanine loans. Lance also has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centers and other commercial property.

Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Lance was a partner in the New York office of Cassin & Cassin LLP and before that practiced real estate law at several prominent New York law firms.
