Landes Taylor is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including private financings, mergers and acquisitions, emerging-growth companies and corporate governance.

Mr. Taylor was previously a chambers clerk to the Honorable Judy Holzer Hersher of the Superior Court of California.

Mr. Taylor received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a two-time Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. Before transferring to Columbia, Mr. Taylor was ranked in the top 5 percent of his class at the University of California, Davis, School of Law. At UC Davis, he joined the editorial staff of the Business Law Journal and competed with the King Hall Negotiations Team. Mr. Taylor received a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
