Lara regularly helps business clients with matters related to employee benefits, executive compensation and fiduciary matters. She works on leveraged ESOP transactions, as well as design, implementation and ongoing compliance matters associated with ESOPs, other qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and equity compensation arrangements. Lara has represented businesses on compensation and benefits issues in M&A transactions and advised boards and executives on governance and fiduciary matters. Lara has served as an advisor to human resource professionals on employment, compensation and benefits matters and professional trustees on compliance and trust administration. She has also assisted nonprofit corporations with formation, governance and compliance issues.
