Larry R. Goldstein

Larry concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits. He counsels employers as to the design and administration of pension, profit-sharing and welfare benefit plans, and as to compliance with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, including such areas as COBRA administration; structuring investment management agreements; identification of potential prohibited transactions; avoidance of multiemployer pension plan withdrawal liability; determination of required minimum distributions; and filings under the Internal Revenue Service’s Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.

Additionally, Larry is involved with lawyers in other practice areas of the firm when benefits-related issues arise, including healthcare, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and estate planning.
