Laura Bigler practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has experience in drafting and amending qualified retirement, nonqualified retirement and deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans as well as advising clients with administration and compliance of such plans with the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.
Laura also has helped clients identify and correct plan qualification defects and integrate employee benefit plans following an acquisition. In addition, she has assisted public and private employers in implementing and amending equity-based compensation plans, including ESOPS, statutory and nonstatutory stock options, and restricted stock arrangements.
She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
