Laura has a unique, multi-disciplinary practice in which she handles a variety of commercial matters, including corporate, real estate, and restructuring and insolvency projects.

In the corporate arena, Laura has experience assisting clients with the purchase and sale of companies (both stock and asset) and ancillary agreements, entity formation, corporate governance matters, and loan accessions.

Her real estate experience consists of representing real estate companies, investors, and developers in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of multifamily and retail portfolios across the United States. In connection with this representation, she has been involved with several large multisite and multistate property acquisitions and sales.

Laura's experience in restructuring and insolvency involves pursuing borrowers and guarantors under defaulted notes, prosecuting and defending fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, and representing of creditors in general monitoring of bankruptcy cases, including adequate assurance and executory contract issues.

Central to her work in crossing practice groups is her ability to provide clients with well-rounded legal advice and continuous legal support throughout her clients' operations.
