Laura L. Reinhart counsels and defends Class I railroads in FELA litigation throughout multiple state and federal courts. She has litigated in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington. In addition, she was an active member of several strategic quality improvement teams for a major railroad entity, and has led a centralized discovery processes for twenty years.

Prior to joining Burns White, Ms. Reinhart was a founding member of Reinhart Sanchez, LLC. In addition to her extensive experience handling transportation matters, her practice encompasses complex litigation including products liability, labor and employment law, employment contract disputes, health care litigation and compliance, and complex commercial litigation. She has participated in numerous trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and state and federal administrative proceedings throughout the country.

Ms. Reinhart received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh with honors. While an undergraduate, Ms. Reinhart was a four-year varsity letter winner in swimming, three-time All-American Big East Scholar, and team captain.

Ms. Reinhart is also an active member of her community, having served as a Trustee and Vice President for the Mt. Lebanon Public Library, Trustee for Mt. Lebanon Aqua Cub, and is presently serving as a Trustee for Keystone Wellness.
