Lauren E. Davis has handled cases from inception to trial in federal and state courts throughout Virginia and successfully utilized mediation and arbitration to resolve cases.
She began her career in private practice with a large Roanoke law firm litigating complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases. She completed a career clerkship in federal court in the Western District of Virginia for the Honorable Samuel G. Wilson and then returned to private practice with Frith & Ellerman Law Firm.
Lauren’s practice remains focused on medical malpractice and personal injury cases. She also practices in the areas of employment and business tort litigation.
In addition to her law degree, Lauren has advanced training in counseling, earning her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
By devoting her practice to the representation of individuals, she has the privilege of connecting with and helping others in a meaningful way.
Lauren and her family are natives of Franklin County, Virginia. Away from law, she spends time with her two daughters, husband, rescue dog, and large extended family in the area. She also enjoys staying active, especially with yoga, tennis, and the outdoors.
