She has represented lenders and borrowers in loan transactions, including structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities, real estate secured loans, development and construction loans, acquisition facilities, private wealth loans, mortgage warehouse facilities, and debtor-in-possession and exit credit facilities.
