Lawrence Kolodney is a Principal in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson, where he has practiced since 1996. Mr. Kolodney specializes in handling complex intellectual property matters, including litigation, post-grant review, due diligence and counseling work, with particular emphasis on power electronics, software and data networks. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. Kolodney served as a law clerk to the Federal District Judge Nancy Gertner, and to Benjamin Kaplan, retired justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Kolodney also serves as the Chair of Fish & Richardson’s pro bono program.
