Larry Zavadil has over 26 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. His trial practice focuses on significant business litigation cases in the fields of banking and finance, securities, education, consumer fraud, insurance, insolvency, and business tort claims, including class action lawsuits.

Larry has a particular emphasis in the areas of noncompetes and trade secrets and regularly counsels both employers and employees on these issues, employee fiduciary duties, and other issues related to employee competition.
