Leah is senior counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. She focuses her practice on defending employers, including domestic and foreign financial institutions, against discrimination, compensation and other employment claims in federal and state courts, before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and fair employment practices agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. She also counsels companies on compliance with employment laws and regulations and advises on employment, separation, retention and consulting agreements. In addition, she provides training on sexual harassment, workplace bullying and discrimination.

Leah also has significant experience in complex commercial litigation, having represented major financial institutions and other clients in a variety of business disputes.

Shortly after graduating from law school, Leah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Denny Chin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
