Lee Ann Tranford is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office. She has extensive knowledge of purchase and sale, development, construction, and leasing, with experience in shopping center development, residential subdivision development, community development district bonds, homeowner associations, title insurance issues and residential condominium projects. She has experience with enterprise expansion, including representation of a large, multi-state grocery chain, which she advised during their growth in locations throughout Tennessee, Maine, and Pennsylvania, and representation of a nationwide fitness company in its initial expansion into Florida.
