Leigh–Alexandra Basha is a partner in Holland & Knight's Northern Virginia office and is the chair of the firm's International Private Client Practice. She focuses her practice on domestic and foreign estate and tax planning. Her practice attracts clients from around the globe who need assistance with pre-immigration planning, tax compliance, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and family wealth preservation. Ms. Basha is serving as professor of Wills, Trusts and Estates at American University Washington College of Law for the spring 2014 semester.
