Mr. Silver represents national and multi-national retailers, restaurants, hotels and management companies, as well as manufacturers, sophisticated real estate investors and developers, small businesses and business people. Examples of his successes on behalf of clients include:

Obtained a defense jury verdict on an $11 million claim by a vendor for alleged wrongful returns, unearned discounts, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing regarding the sale of vendor’s power products (scooters, generators, lights) in client's stores. Jury agreed with our view that balance of the account was only $11,000.

Successfully defended an account and bad faith claim brought by rebuilt engine vendor against retailer client. Vendor claimed $3,600,000 in damages. After six days of testimony and arguments, the court found the vendor was due only $42,000. Ultimately, the entire claim was dismissed for litigation abuse by the vendor after 3 additional days of jury trial.
