Leslie E. DuPuy

Leslie E. DuPuy is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. DuPuy focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits and compensation matters, including equity and incentive compensation plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, employment arrangements, tax-qualified retirement plans, severance programs, and health and welfare arrangements. Ms. DuPuy advises clients on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other federal statutes affecting employee benefit plans. She also regularly assists clients in benefits issues that arise in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Ms. DuPuy earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2002 and her B.A. from Bates College in 1995.

Ms. DuPuy is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
