Lillian N. Caudle

Lillian Caudle litigates cases with novel issues such as complex instruments, international parties facing litigation in U.S. courts, and challenges to the admissibility of expert testimony. She has represented clients in securities fraud class actions, consumer suits, commercial disputes, intellectual property controversies, and medical negligence actions.

In the course of her practice, Lillian helps clients defend cases across multiple jurisdictions, work with defense groups, and manage case strategy with an eye toward summary judgment and trial. Lillian has appeared as lead counsel in the state and/or federal trial courts of Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. She also represents clients in appeals and has presented oral arguments in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

In addition to her active litigation practice, Lillian is the Atlanta Office partner-in-charge of pro bono; the 2013-2014 co-chairman of the Woodruff Arts Center's Employees for the Arts Annual Campaign; the 2014 secretary of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society; a Master in the Lamar Inn of Court (a group of experienced trial attorneys who present continuing education workshops in conjunction with Emory University School of Law); and a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2015. She also serves on the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta advisory committee and the Fulton County Juvenile Court Citizens Review Panel. Lillian is a past co-chairman of the Atlanta Bar Association Corporate and Securities Litigation Subsection and a past member of the board of directors of the Junior League of Atlanta.
