Lincoln Loehrke is an associate in the Trial Group. He practices in complex commercial litigation, focusing on construction and design, intellectual property, pension, insurance, and other fields where his engineering, business, regulatory, and appellate experience add value.

Before joining Dorsey, Lincoln was a consultant engineer providing infrastructure design and construction administration services to public and private sector clients. After choosing to meld his engineering experience with a legal education, Lincoln worked at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Office of General Counsel; interned for the Honorable David T. Prosser, Jr., Wisconsin Supreme Court; and clerked for the Honorable James B. Loken, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
