Linda Liu Kordziel is a Principal in the Washington, D.C. office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Ms. Kordziel’s practice focuses on intellectual property and patent litigation in a vast range of technical areas, including microprocessors, computers, telecommunications, software, and LCD displays. A trial attorney experienced in all phases of litigation, Ms. Kordziel has appeared and argued in the Markman and summary judgment contexts in federal district court and has extensive experience before the U.S. International Trade Commission in Section 337 proceedings.
Ms. Kordziel is actively involved in the firm’s recruiting, diversity and marketing committees. Before joining the firm, Ms. Kordziel served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Alvin A. Schall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
