Lindsay Hedrick is an experienced litigator, representing clients in a wide variety of complex business disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of claims, including False Claims Act, contract, tort, product liability, environmental, and consumer. She has represented clients in the energy, financial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and education sectors. Lindsay recently co-first chaired a five-day jury trial in federal district court.
She also has represented clients in qui tam whistleblower actions and regulatory and government investigative matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Environmental Protection Agency. Most recently, Lindsay has worked on internal investigations in the United States, Latin America, and Asia related to alleged Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.
Lindsay maintains an active pro bono practice with experience ranging from family law to immigration matters. Additionally, she has prosecuted multiple misdemeanor cases before judges and juries as a municipal prosecutor through Jones Day's association with the City Attorney Office of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Lindsay is experienced in media and public relations issues. She was appointed the 2011 co-chair of the Media Relations Committee for the Dallas Bar Association. While in law school, she worked for NBC in Washington, D.C. as a field producer.
She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association.
