Lindsay Nickle is an experienced civil litigator with a background in general civil litigation, creditors' rights, insurance defense, medical malpractice and health care defense, and personal injury defense. Lindsay has extensive courtroom experience, including successfully handling more than one hundred bench and jury trials. In addition, she has first-hand compliance and risk management experience involving data privacy and security. Lindsay currently serves as National Arbitration Counsel for a major client of the firm. In addition, Lindsay brings a unique perspective to creditors' rights matters, as she spent more than six years representing original creditors in adversarial collection litigation. Along with her litigation and trial experience, Lindsay has handled close to twenty successful appeals. Renewing her focus on education and mentoring, Lindsay served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Texas Tech School of Law for the spring semester in 2013.
