Lindsay Sparks is of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. Her practice is focused on corporate finance and restructuring transactions. Ms. Sparks represents lenders and borrowers in secured lending and other financing matters, including LBO and acquisition financings, cash-flow and asset-based loans, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, private debt offerings and other corporate and real estate financings (both secured and unsecured). Ms. Sparks’ work covers a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, retail, manufacturing media, home building, agriculture, ski resorts and transportation and distribution and she has significant experience in cross-border transactions.
