Lior focuses his practice on advising multinational companies in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. He represents major investment banks involved in underwriting technology companies in public offerings, as well as venture capital firms based in Silicon Valley, Israel, Europe, China and India. Lior also counsels clients on corporate governance, reporting obligations, employment, benefits and compensation matters, and SEC, FINRA and exchange matters.

Lior has dynamic fortune 500 company experience, particularly in the high technology, clean energy & life sciences industries stemming from his time spent as an attorney in Silicon Valley. He has worked with many of the leading technology companies that have created the information technology and life science revolutions of the last 25 years. He also has significant experience representing companies in all stages of development, serving as an “outside counsel” of sorts, guiding emerging companies at all stages of growth including a number of public companies that he has represented from the ground up – many starting in VC phase.

In addition, Lior has experience advising clients with respect to intellectual property protection and litigation –including counseling on patent strategy and prosecuting strategic patents and monetizing the company's patent portfolio and acquiring strategic patents. His practice has an added dimension around the needs of in-house legal departments of publicly traded technology companies.

Lior possesses a depth of international experience and worked for several years in Tel Aviv, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and has also been seconded to Fortune 500 technology companies as in-house counsel in California, Israel and Japan.
