Lisa A. Murison is a shareholder in Stradling's corporate law practice.

Ms. Murison’s practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She represents both strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions and joint ventures, in a broad range of industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to technology, and in a variety of geographic regions.

Prior to joining Stradling, Ms. Murison was Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell, having spent 10 years in their New York and Los Angeles offices.

Ms. Murison’s wide-ranging practice also includes representation of issuers and underwriters in various types of public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and work on behalf of sponsors and lenders in secured and unsecured debt financings.

Ms. Murison counsels both U.S. and foreign clients on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, disclosure and compliance questions arising from SEC and stock exchange requirements.

Ms. Murison was named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2015.
